The aim of the competition is to provide individuals and teams with the technical resources to facilitate creating their own venture. At the end of the 2 months, candidates will be judged on a demonstratable piece of venture creation work or research they have produced and its entrepreneurial application.

Informal review with a member of the Varsity Venture Program team to check on progress, offer feedback and suggest more resources to support the project wich would have applied by then
On November 11th, the day after the deadline, announcement by Varsity Venture Program team of the short-list of projects to go through to the final stage on the competition/conference day.
Culmination of the projects. An opportunity to showcase the work of the teams and to hear some inspirational talks from some of our judge panelists
